AquaShine Customer Service Agreement

Service Agreement

These terms are meant to be clear. We quote the work before we begin. We explain the scope. We protect the property. We clean with the right method for the surface.

If something changes on site, we talk to you first. We do not add surprise work. We do not change the price without approval. Our goal is a clean result and a simple service visit.

By scheduling service with AquaShine Pressure Washing, you agree to the following terms. A flat-rate quote provided over the phone or in person is valid for 30 days unless the property condition, requested scope, access, square footage, or safety requirements materially change before service begins.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimate. If our technician discovers heavy oxidation, failing paint, damaged mortar, unsafe roof access, no working water source, hazardous materials, or a scope that differs from the original request, we will explain the issue and get approval before changing the price or service plan.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, notify us within 7 days and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. The guarantee covers missed areas and workmanship; it does not cover stains that are permanent, oxidation-related, embedded below the surface, or caused by pre-existing material failure.

Property Access & Safety

Customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and disclosing any hazards (loose siding, electrical issues, dead branches, fragile fixtures, loose pets, locked gates, active construction, steep slopes, or tenant restrictions) prior to service. Please move vehicles, furniture, planters, doormats, and delicate decorations away from work areas before the crew arrives.

We reserve the right to pause, reschedule, or decline work when conditions are unsafe for the crew, the customer, nearby pedestrians, landscaping, neighboring property, or the structure being cleaned.

Liability

AquaShine carries $2M+ general liability and full workers' compensation. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose siding, deteriorated mortar, failing paint, or damaged shingles. We will document any pre-existing conditions discovered on-site.

Soft-wash and pressure-wash methods are selected by surface type. Roofs, siding, stucco, painted wood, and delicate trim receive low-pressure cleaning. Concrete, brick, commercial flatwork, and other durable surfaces may receive controlled pressure when appropriate.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, check, ACH and all major credit cards. Commercial accounts may request written terms before scheduling recurring work.

Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip-charge fee when a crew has already been dispatched. Weather delays are handled at no charge and rescheduled for the next safe appointment window.
